Ingredients

1 tube crescent rolls
10 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tube Bob Evans sausage
1/2 bag raw shredded hash browns
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions, green and red peppers
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with Pam spray.
Lay crescent rolls flat in pan.
Cook sausage, drain all grease.
Place over uncooked crescent rolls; top with hash browns, Cheddar cheese, onions and green and red peppers.
Combine eggs with milk.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until egg mixture is completely firm.
Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy.
