Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. imitation crab
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Add chopped crab meat, celery and green onions.
Mix well and serve with crackers.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
