Squash Pie(Makes 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. squash
    2 tsp. lemon flavoring or vanilla
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain and when cool, mash. Mix eggs, sugar, flour and flavoring real good. Blend in margarine and squash. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
