Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 small can peas
1 grated onion (small)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
3 boiled eggs
4 slices bacon pieces, fried, drained and chopped
Preparation

In long deep dish, layer lettuce, peas and onion. Sprinkle cheese over thin layer of mayonnaise. Spread over onion.
Cut up eggs over cheese. Top with bacon pieces that have been fried and drained. Chill 2 hours before serving.
