Never-Fail Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 slices toasted, cubed white bread
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs with milk.
    Mix liquid with dry ingredients.
    Add cubed bread and mix again.
    Let stand for 1/2 hour.
    Make 2 balls and roll each in flour.
    Place balls into boiling water and boil for 10 minutes.
    Turn over and boil for 15 more minutes.
    Cut one in half and check if done. When done, take out and slice.
