Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. vegetable shortening
    1 lb. sugar
    2/3 c. warm milk (1/2 regular and 1/2 canned Pet milk)
    2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup vegetable shortening.
    Add 1 pound sugar (use light brown with the banana cake) when well mixed.
    Slowly add warm milk (1/2 regular and 1/2 canned Pet milk).
    Add slowly to prevent curdling.
    Combine 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour and 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar and add this to the frosting mixture and beat until creamy.
