French Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 to 7 sour apples
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cinnamon with the apples.
    Arrange in pie shell and dot with 1 1/2 teaspoons of butter.
    Make a mixture of 1/2 cup of butter, brown sugar and flour.
    Put on apples and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Top with Butter Icing.
