Sour Cream Vegetable Dip(Low Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. fat free sour cream
12 oz. low fat cream cheese
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 clove mashed garlic
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve with raw vegetables such as celery, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms and green pepper.
