Healthy Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. nonfat yogurt or sour cream
2 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. imitation crabmeat
Preparation

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasonings.
Mix well.
Stir in Cheddar cheese and crab.
Cover; chill for 2 hours.
