Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. onion, ground with meat
    2 beaten eggs
    seasoned salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 c. ground, cooked chicken (substitute turkey or crab, if desired)
    1 c. canned milk
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk and seasonings together.
    Add crumbs and chicken; beat until smooth.
    Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    May be turned out onto platter or sliced in pan.
    Dilute cream of mushroom soup with milk; heat and spoon over each slice.
