Czech Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. potatoes, boiled in skins, peeled and mashed
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix eggs, flour and salt with mashed potatoes.
    If potatoes are very moist, use more flour as needed.
    Place dough on a floured board, roll out to a thickness for cutting 15 dumplings. Bring large kettle of water to boil.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Drop dumplings into water and boil for 8 minutes.
