Chocolate-Covered Cherry Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 (10 oz.) jars maraschino cherries
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    In
    a
    large
    mixing
    bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder,
    soda
    and\tsalt; set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat margarine with an electric mixer on medium speed 30 seconds.
    Add sugar and beat on low until fluffy.
    Add egg and vanilla;
    beat well.
    Gradually
    add
    flour mixture to beaten mixture, beating on low until well blended.
