Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 oz. cream cheese
    5 oz. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Use directions on back of Ranch dressing package, only use 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 of the mayonnaise it calls for.
    Let Cheddar cheese sit for one hour at room temperature.
    Mix 1/2 cup of dressing with cream cheese, then stir in shredded cheese.
    Cover bowl and freeze for 30 minutes.
    Then roll into a ball.
    Then roll in the almonds.
    Refrigerate overnight.
