Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese (heat to lukewarm)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 pkg. yeast in 1/4 c. warm water
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes (dried)
    1 egg, unbeaten
    2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients except flour with the warm cottage cheese.
    Add
    flour
    gradually
    to mix.
    Stir well.
    Cover and let rise in
    warm place 1 hour.
    Stir down.
    Turn into greased bowl or casserole.\tRise
    40
    minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. You can brush butter on top while still warm.
