Coney Island Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 pkg. hot dogs, cut in bite size pieces
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients.
    Blend mayonnaise and mustard together.
    Pour over rice mixture and toss lightly.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
