Zucchini Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 beaten eggs
3/4 c. cottage cheese or sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1 stick margarine, melted
chopped onion (optional)
1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except margarine.
Add melted margarine and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until brown.
