Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. half and half
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter for 5 minutes.
    Blend in flour.
    Add half and half and cook, stirring until sauce thickens.
    Stir in cheese.
    Add parsley and seasonings.
    Combine sauce with potatoes. Turn into buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
