Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. broken nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
4 c. diced apples
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Cream eggs and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Do not flour pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
When cool, cover with cream cheese frosting.
