Shrimp And Egg Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) can chopped shrimp
    2 slices crumbled bacon
    1 small onion, chopped
    5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except parsley.
    Shape into 8 balls.
    Roll in parsley.
    Chill.
    Serve with dressing on lettuce bed.
