Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. picante sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. sour cream
    18 flour tortillas
    2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet; drain.
    Add onion and green pepper; cook until vegetables are soft.
    Add salt, picante sauce, seasonings and olives; simmer 5 minutes and set aside.
