Beer Joint Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bottle Gebhardt chili powder
    2 lb. cubed meat (cheap roast)
    tallow (cubed)
    2 chopped onions
    1 big button garlic, mashed
    black pepper and salt to taste
    1 can Spanish-style tomato sauce
    water
Preparation
    Fry
    tallow,
    then add onions and garlic.
    Add meat and cook in its own juice until almost done.
    Stir in small bottle of Gebhardt
    chili powder or less.
    Add black pepper and salt to taste,
    then
    add
    Spanish-style
    tomato
    sauce and water. Simmer 1/2 hour or less, then eat.
