Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
dash of salt
2 eggs
5 potatoes
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Filling:
Boil potatoes until tender.
Add Cheez Whiz and mash with potato masher.
Mix first 4 ingredients for dough and roll out.
Cut with biscuit cutter or glass to make desired size circles.
Fill circle with approximately 1 1/2 teaspoons filling; fold in half and fork on both sides.
Enough for about 35.
Boil in water until they float, then fry in butter and onions until lightly browned on each side.
Salt and pepper to taste.
