Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese, creamed smooth
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pt. sour cream
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Place graham cracker crust in a 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Mix all other ingredients until mixture is smooth.
    Pour into pan. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for one hour.
    Turn oven off and leave the cheese cake in the oven for two more hours.
    Do not open oven. This is absolutely delicious!
