Chicken Salad Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cantalope shells, halved
5 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 c. seedless green grapes
1 (5 oz.) can slivered almonds
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. diced cantalope
Preparation

Combine chicken, salt, grapes, almonds, mayonnaise and cantalope.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Fill cantalope shells with chicken mixture.
Serves 6.
