Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 medium green pepper
1 medium fresh tomato
1 small onion
4 to 6 slices bacon
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayo

Preparation

Cook cornbread according to instructions.
Crumble bread into a large bowl.
Add chopped peppers, onion and tomato.
Add crumbled, cooked bacon.
Mix well with mayo.
