Pineapple Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. frozen chicken chunks
8 oz. can pineapple chunks
3/4 to 1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 medium carrots, julienned
6 oz. pkg. frozen pea pods
1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Stir-fry chicken chunks.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add additional pineapple juice to make 1 1/4 cups.
Combine juice, teriyaki sauce, cornstarch and brown sugar; set aside.
