Mexican Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
    1 c. diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles (Ortega)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    9 corn tortillas
    10 oz. Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet until crumbly.
    Drain.
    Add salt, taco mix, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chiles.
    Blend well. Bring to boil,
    reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes.
    In small bowl, combine
    Ricotta
    cheese
    and eggs.
    In 13 x 9-inch baking
    dish, spread
    half
    ground
    beef.
    Top
    with half each tortillas, Ricotta mixture and
    Jack
    cheese.
    Repeat
    layers, ending with Jack cheese.
    Bake, uncovered
    at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 6 to 8.
