Roasted Potatoes Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 small red thin skinned potatoes (each 1 1/2 to 2-inches in diameter), scrubbed
    1/3 c. each Parmesan cheese and plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions or chives
    paprika
Preparation
    Pierce each potato in several places with a fork. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow pan. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until tender (about 1 hour).
    Let cool slightly.
