Hot Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fettucini
    2 zucchini, chopped
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid
    fresh basil, chopped, or 1 tsp. dried
    fresh parsley, chopped, or 1 tsp. dried
    salt and pepper to taste
    fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package.
    In pan, saute garlic, zucchini and pepper in oil.
    Heat tomatoes with liquid, basil, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat through and toss over fettucini; top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
