Ladle-It-On Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes in puree
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    12 oz. to 1 lb. mini lasagna (mafalda), cooked and drained
    1 1/4 c. nonfat Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. shredded nonfat Mozzarella
Preparation
    Cook onion in oil.
    Add tomatoes, garlic, basil and oregano. Simmer, uncovered, for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in the Romano cheese.
    Spoon hot pasta on plate.
    Top with tomato sauce, 1/4 Ricotta cheese and 1 1/2 tablespoons Mozzarella.
