Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (3 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    In skillet, cook onion in margarine until tender.
    Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add potatoes; reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until bubbling. Garnish with sage.
    Extra Cheddar added to soup if desired.
