Linguine With White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic, minced
2 c. clam juice
1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. thyme
ground pepper to taste
2 1/2 c. chopped clams, drained (reserve liquid)
1/4 c. Italian parsley
1 lb. linguine
2 to 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in a saucepan.
Saute garlic for 1 minute.
Add clam juice, wine, thyme and pepper to garlic.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add clams and parsley and simmer until heated thoroughly.
Cook linguine according to package directions and drain.
