Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 1/2 oz. chocolate cookies, finely crushed*
1/3 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix the above ingredients until well blended; pat into a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Put in refrigerator while mixing the Cheese Filling.
(I used a small food processor for the cookies and sugar and used potato masher to press down crumbs.)
