Shrimp Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. green onions, sliced
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    6 c. milk
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. green beans, cooked
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    In large saucepan, saute shrimp in butter until pink.
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic and cook until tender.
    Add milk and heat.
    Blend in next 5 ingredients; heat and stir often.
    Serve with garnish of additional shredded cheese.
