Garlic Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Rinse in cold water; drain on paper towels.
    Melt butter in saucepan; add garlic and cook on medium heat for 1 minute.
