Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    speck of salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 lemon, grated rind and juice (or just lemon juice to taste)
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
    Add boiling water, stirring constantly.
    Boil slowly 10 minutes.
    Stir in egg yolk and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add lemon juices and rind.
    Fill baked crust; cover with meringue. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Can use whipped cream instead of meringue.
