Sausage Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    6 ribs celery
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
    2 cans chicken broth
Preparation
    Pour in large casserole.
    Add to casserole 1 1/3 cups raw long grain rice.
    Pour 2 cans of chicken broth.
    Cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
