Hamburger Vegetable Soup(Prep. Time: 30 Minutes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef chuck or round
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid
3/4 c. diced celery
1 large onion, diced
1 medium carrot, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of black pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
4 c. beef stock
1 c. water
Preparation

Bring the water and beef stock to a boil in a large saucepan; add the tomatoes, onion, carrot, salt, celery, garlic, bay leaf and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
