Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked pie shell
    whipped cream, Cool Whip or meringue
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and milk in top of double boiler.
    Cook until thickened over water.
    Add yolks.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
    Cool.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with topping.
