Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Granny Smith apples, peeled
3 to 4 Tbsp. honey
1 1/4 c. water
cinnamon to taste

Preparation

Mix in an electric skillet.
Bring to boil, then put on simmer, stirring occasionally.
