Cajun Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine seasoning in small bowl.
    Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan on medium heat.
    Add onions, peppers, green onion, garlic, Tabasco, Worcestershire and seasoning mix.
    Saute about 6 minutes, stirring and scraping bottom of pan.
    Continue stirring 2 minutes more.
    Cool to room temperature.
