Tex-Mex Eggs(Breakfast Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chiles, chopped
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    3/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Line a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan with chiles.
    Cover with grated cheeses.
    In a separate bowl, mix flour and milk.
    Add eggs and salt.
    Mix well.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    This can be refrigerated overnight and baked in the morning or cooked and reheated the next day.
