Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wondra flour
    1 c. skim milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil or drippings from roast
Preparation
    Beat together flour, skim milk, eggs, salt, and oil until smooth.
    Spray or grease muffin pan.
    Place 1/2 cup of batter into each muffin cup.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Don't peek.
    Makes 4 popovers.
