Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 corn tortillas, torn
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in skillet.
    Season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Put in 5 x 8-inch casserole the corn tortillas, beef mixture and cover with tomato sauce and sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Microwave on High for 5 to 8 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and cheese is melted.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 4.
