Gobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Sugar
1 c. Shortening
2 Eggs
8 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 1/2 c. Milk
4 c. Flour
2 tsp. Soda
2 tsp. Vanilla Filling
1 c. Shortening
1 bx Powdered Sugar
4 Tbsp. Flour
4 Tbsp. Butter
4 Tbsp. Milk
2 Tbsp. Vanilla
Preparation

1. Cream shortening and sugar.
Add well beaten eggs.
Add cocoa. 2. Sift flour and soda.
Add alternately with milk and add vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375\u00b0. 3. Mix ingredients for filling until light and fluffy.
Spread on one cookie and top with another cookie.
Yields 2 1/2 dozen
