Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie(Reduced Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
    4 oz. light Cool Whip
    1/2 c. frozen strawberry jam
    1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and jam on medium speed until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip on low speed. Spread in the graham cracker crust. Can be topped with additional strawberry jam or with sliced fresh strawberries. Refrigerate until firm. This pie can be made in less than 10 minutes, it is great for a last minute dessert or for a dish to pass at a potluck.
