Meatball Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can white kidney beans
    1 tsp. parsley (optional)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 carrots, chopped (precooked)
    1 c. beef broth
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Combine ground beef and bread crumbs. Shape into 24 balls. Roll in flour and brown in hot oil with onion.
    Add carrots, broth, pepper and thyme. Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add beans and simmer 5 to 10 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley.
