Easy Yeast Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1 pkg. dry yeast
5 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
about 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Melt butter in loaf pan.
Pour 2/3 of the butter into a cup. Mix yeast, sugar and milk.
Add flour.
Mix well.
Pour into the loaf pan and pour the butter in the cup over the batter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
