Banana Coffee Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    1 1/4 c. self rising flour
    pecans or walnuts if desired
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Stir in bananas. Add flour to banana mixture. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
