Kaki'S Original Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pastry crust (preferably deep dish)
    1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
    2 c. shredded Swiss or Gruyere
    1/3 c. finely minced onions
    1/2 clove finely minced garlic
    2 eggs
    2 c. whipping cream
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Bake the pie
    shell.
    Mix all ingredients, except bacon and cheese.
    Line
    shell
    with\tbacon and cheese, then pour in mixture of other
    ingredients.
    Bake
    at
    425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to
    300\u00b0.
    Bake until lightly brown on top. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.\tVary ingredients such as spinach, mushrooms or other vegetables or seafood.
